Workshops & Seminars
We offer workshops & seminars to members in the Management team that will be responsible for Digitalization including ERP projects.

Operation Management team
Includes Line Mangers/Process Owners that are responsible for sales, supply, production etc.

Project team
The implementation team consist of Business Project Managers with Track leads and Super Users. Also Implementation partners Project Manager with Consultants and developers. AIBM will guide and follow up all key activities in the project.
