MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Management team are responsible for the ERP (Digitalization) project. This is a business project and by starting up the project with a Mobilization phase, you will have a successful project. In the mobilization phase you will do all preparations activities for a successful project. PEMAB has over 35 experiences in mobilization activities and can be a mentor for your management team.
PROCESS OWNERS
Process Owners are responsible in the organization for sales, supply chain, manufacturing, finance etc. Process Owners are heavily involved in Benefit- & Change-Management. In the Mobilization phase, we will execute the Benefit Management project. To identify improvement areas and KPI´s in the business. These will be presented in the Requirement module in ReQtest. During the implementation project the Process Owners are heavily involved to improve the efficiency in the way of working and in in the business processes.
PROJECT TEAMS
The project will have Project Managers and all processes will have Process leads/Track leads and Super Users. They will execute all activities based on the Project plan with Mile Stones for each phase. Management has the responsibility to give the Super Users time in the project to be successful.

Management team
We give the Management team guidelines to make succesful decisions and be active during the project. The Management team communicates why they want to perform the digitaliztion project.
– The steering group handles strategic management in the Program/Projects. Decisions that have a long-term impact in the business.
– The steering group is composed of persons who have full decision-making mandates for the Program/Projects regarding overall costs, decisions and priorities, as well as changes that affect schedule and quality.
– The steering group is responsible for allocating resources and approving the budget to the Program/Projects.
Process Owners
Manages tactical decisions that are linked to execution of the project, decisions linked directly to the company’s processes, workflows, control and follow-up.

– Approve future processes and the system solution to be implemented
– Decide on the adaptations to be presented to the Steering Group’s Solution within its main process.

– Stand behind made decisions against the organization.
– Ensures that new working methods are implemented towards end users.
– Ensure we keep schedule & project goals
– Flag risks and minimize those you are responsible for.
– Internal sales. Mediate why we implement the project, what benefits we get, changes in processes and work roles.
– Provides directives and guides The process leader in change work, future processes & system solution
