The Management team plays a crucial role in the ERP (Digitalization) project, ensuring its success. Beginning the project with a Mobilization phase is key to achieving a successful outcome. During this phase, all necessary preparatory activities are undertaken to set the project up for success. With over 35 years of experience in ERP implementations, PEMAB stands ready to mentor your management team, providing valuable guidance and support.
PROCESS OWNERS
Line Managers/Process Owners play a crucial role within organizations, overseeing areas such as sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance. They are key players in Benefit and Change Management initiatives.
During the Mobilization phase, the focus shifts to executing Benefit Management projects aimed at pinpointing improvement areas and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the business. These findings are then detailed in the Requirement module using ReQtest.
Throughout the implementation phase, Line Managers/Process Owners actively engage to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
PROJECT TEAMS
The project will have a Business Project Managers and all processes will have Process leads/Track leads and Super Users. They will execute all activities based on the Project plan with Mile Stones for each phase. Management has the responsibility to give the Super Users available time in the project to be successful. The Implementation partner will have a team headed up by the IT Project Manager.

SC Management team

SC Process Owners team
As a Process Owner, we oversee tactical decisions crucial for project execution, directly impacting company processes, workflows, control, and follow-up.

– Define and support Super Users to create project requirements for functionality and business processes using ReQtest – Requirements.
– Approve future processes and system solutions for implementation.
– Decide on adaptations/customizations to present to the Steering Group’s Solution within the main process.
**Implementation & Anchoring:**
– Support decisions within the organization.
– Ensure implementation of new working methods for end users.
– Conduct internal sales to explain project implementation benefits, process changes, and role adjustments.
– Provide guidance to the Super Users, Track leads for change management, future processes, and system solutions.
**Business Case for ROI of the Project:**
– Develop the business case.
– Execute the Transformation Roadmap:
1) Establish known facts.
2) Analyze problems and challenges.
3) Implement changes in Processes, Systems, Quality, and Competence.
4) Outline benefits post-implementation.

ERP Project phases
ERP project phases typically include various stages with Toll Gates or Milestones. When transitioning to a Cloud ERP system, minimizing customizations is crucial. The primary activities throughout the implementation process will involve data migration, training Super Users/Track leads, and conducting testing.
